The 98 Chaos Kid .
Here at Tough Timez Gear were huge fans of the artist Banksy ,and I remember he use to go into museums and swap out mona Lisa's with his art of a happy face and they didn't notice for weeks so from that .
I got the idea to do a design with a tagger, tagging on an art piece in the museum and the piece he tagging on is none other than , the famous photo of a guy , pushing a shopping cart full of pampers for his kids . which is a photo taken during the LA Riots making it iconic .
